By accessing HabaKnow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform description

HabaKnow is an informational platform and does not sell, distribute or ship tobacco products.

HabaKnow provides reference information, market intelligence, collection tools, and availability data for educational and informational purposes. We are not a retailer, distributor, or shipping agent for tobacco products.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to use HabaKnow. By confirming age verification, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape or automate access beyond documented APIs
• Attempt to breach security or access other users' data
• Misrepresent market data as financial or investment advice
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal tobacco sales

6. Market data disclaimer

Auction, retail, official, and historical pricing data is compiled from third-party sources and internal models. Fair value estimates, rarity scores, and trend analyses are approximations — not guarantees. HabaKnow does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

7. Intellectual property

Platform content, design, indexes, and software are owned by HabaKnow or its licensors. Reference data may incorporate third-party sources cited in the reference library. You may not reproduce bulk datasets without permission.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Premium features, if offered, will be governed by separate pricing terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabaKnow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of market data or platform features.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HabaKnow against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HabaKnow is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
